'Explosive' novel of poetic prose inspires Winnipeg music project

For four years, Saskatoon author Yann Martel sent a book recommendation to Stephen Harper every two weeks. While the former prime minister didn’t seem all that interested by his suggestions, readers happily took on the challenge.
