Three people are in custody today after refusing to stop for Police.At approximately 1:00 a.m., August 21, 2019, Patrol members observed a suspicious black Honda Accord parked near Avenue I North and 33rd Street West. Further investigation found that the incorrect licence plate and the car had both been reported stolen.
