One man is facing a charge related to drug trafficking after refusing to stop for Police yesterday morning.At approximately 12:15 a.m., August 12, 2020, a Canine Unit observed a suspicious 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue in the 300 block of Haviland Crescent.
