Two people were arrested last night with the help of ASU, after refusing to stop for Police.At approximately 11:30 p.m., August 8, 2019, Patrol officers observed a grey 2006 Honda Civic at the intersection of 33rd Street West and Avenue D North. The car had been reported stolen the previous day. Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the driver refused to stop and began driving erratically. The Air Support Unit (ASU) began monitoring the suspect vehicle and observed it park in the drive
