Evade Police/Arrests - 25th St. E & 3rd Ave. N

Two people were arrested early this morning after being observed driving a stolen vehicle.At 3:15 a.m., July 18, 2018, a Canine Unit observed a stolen brown 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo in the area of 25th Street East and 3rd Avenue North. Dispatch informed the officer that this stolen car had previously been used in an armed robbery. Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop. A tire deflation device was deployed and successful.
