Saskatoon Police arrested a man early Saturday morning after he refused to stop for Police.At approximately 2:30 a.m., March 31, 2018 Patrol officers observed a dark coloured Chrysler 300 speeding on Centennial Drive. Before the officers could attempt to conduct a traffic stop, the suspect vehicle accelerated to a high rate of speed and began driving erratically.
