Evade Police - Two Arrested- Lorne Avenue/Cartwright Street

A 17 year old male and a 17 year old female are in custody following the theft of a truck and an evade police incident overnight.Just before 3:00 a.m., November 20, 2017, a patrol officer spotted a suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of Lorne Avenue.  The officer attempted a traffic stop however the driver in the F350 truck refused to stop and began driving in a dangerous manner.  Members of the Air Support Unit were in the air and quickly located the vehicle as it traveled down
