Environmental charges against ex-Saskatchewan Party MLA Bill Boyd adjourned until November

KINDERSLEY — Former Saskatchewan Party MLA Bill Boyd’s first court date on multiple environmental charges lasted less than five minutes before the case was adjourned until next month.
Representing Boyd — who was not in attendance Tuesday in Kindersley provincial court — defence lawyer R.J. Ard asked for the adjournment. The court granted the request, setting the next date for Nov. 7.
