Editorial: Rollbacks unlikely after this Saskatchewan budget
After the waves created by last year’s provincial budget, Tuesday’s document is producing mere ripples.
The devil was in the details in 2017 for the Saskatchewan Party government, when the PST went up, and funding for many small projects went down or was cut completely. Of course, we can’t forget the closure of the Saskatchewan Transportation Corporation. The result was marches, protests and a roll back of some controversial measures.
