Drug Trafficking / Evade Police - Arrest - 1400 block 20th St. W

A Saskatoon man is facing eight charges after attempting to evade Police last night.At approximately 10:00 p.m., October 18, 2017, a man on a bicycle nearly struck a Patrol car near the intersection of Avenue O South and 20th Street West. Patrol members in the car attempted to speak with the man as he had no reflective gear or lights on his bicycle, but he refused to stop and attempted to evade Police. Officers activated the emergency equipment on the Patrol car but the suspect refused to stop.
