Deadlocked Saskatoon council approves half of plan for Millar Avenue pathways

A divided Saskatoon city council missing one councillor voted unanimously to approve a shared pathway on the east side of Millar Avenue. Mayor Cynthia Block said she voted in favour to avoid a second tied vote, even though she prefers pathways on both sides.
