Court Proceedings-Saskatchewan Compassion Club

The Saskatoon Police Service is aware of a guilty plea to the trafficking of cannabis as a result of the court proceedings involving the Saskatchewan Compassion Club.  Our service is pleased that the case has reached a conclusion and we hope that it will send a message to anyone who plans to operate illegal marihuana dispensaries.  The SPS maintains that dispensaries which are not approved by Health Canada are violating the law and are a risk to public safety.
