Court dismisses appeal in judge harassment case

The Saskatchewan Court of Appeal has upheld the conviction and sentence for a man who harassed a Saskatoon judge.
Christopher Richard Hahn was sentenced in 2015 to 17 months in jail and three years probation for harassing Justice Shawn Smith after the judge made a ruling in family court that Hahn didn’t like.
