Council to decide how to pay for trash service

Trash keeps coming back to Saskatoon city council, and Monday’s meeting is no different.
Council is slated to make some final decisions on a controversial overhaul of the city’s garbage collection system that could introduce user fees, multiple sizes of garbage carts and a collection program for food and yard waste.
