Cooper: Minimum wage is the start

I wasn’t shocked that NDP MLA and leadership candidate Ryan Meili proposed a $15 minimum wage. It will be interesting in the days ahead to hear not only the NDP response, but the predictable response from the Saskatchewan Party leadership candidates who will inevitably talk about the high cost of labour and competitiveness with other jurisdictions.
