Coolican: Diverting household organics is not 'gross'

In a recent StarPhoenix column, Tiffany Paulsen took a pessimistic view of the City of Saskatoon’s plans for diverting household organics from the landfill through a mandatory green bin collection program, and adopting a pay-as-you-throw residential garbage utility.
