Construction supplier asks judge to dismiss charges against them in Saskatoon death

A pair of companies who face liability charges in relation to a death during construction of the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital were back in court Wednesday morning. One of them wants to be relieved of its charges. Kyle Benning reports.
