Commissioner finds Bill Boyd breached the Conflict of Interest Act

The Conflict of Interest Commissioner has found Saskatchewan Party MLA Bill Boyd breached the Conflict of Interest Act by misrepresenting himself and the Government of Saskatchewan following a business trip to China.
