Cold weather strategy working well after new communication lines established

Jamie Lynx has struggled to find a warm and comfortable place to sleep since he moved to Saskatoon from his home on the Yellow Quill First Nation about nine months ago. 
Standing on the corner of 20th Street East and Second Avenue, Lynx said he stays with friends when he can, but has spent more than a few nights at the nearby Lighthouse Supported Living and other shelters.
