Cody Chubey's murder trial set to continue in Melfort, Sask., in October

Lawyers and the judge held a conference call Friday to set continuation dates of Oct. 7 to 9 for the trial of Cody Chubey, who is charged with the first-degree murder of his ex-partner Danielle Dobersheck in Melfort in March 2024.
