Civil service leadership unclear as Koch non-committal on future

As the province’s premier-designate builds his inner circle, the future of his chief rival during the Saskatchewan Party leadership race is unclear and the civil service remains under interim leadership. 
Alanna Koch, who lost to Scott Moe on the fifth ballot, took an unpaid leave from her job as deputy minister to the premier during the leadership race. Koch has yet to make any commitments about what she plans to do next.
