City police make arrests after alleged stolen vehicles abandoned

City police say two men have been charged following two separate incidents involving what police say were stolen vehicles over the weekend.
Both incidents took place on Saturday, with the first taking place at roughly 9 a.m. at the intersection of Avenue I South and 17th Street West, according to a police news release.
