City of Saskatoon committee recommends measures to help $45 million budget shortfall

Increased fees for parking violations, programming cuts and snuffing out skunk services are among a list of initiatives a City of Saskatoon committee has voted to take, in order to save several million dollars in light of upcoming budget shortfalls.
