City hopes bus barn revitalization will pay for itself — eventually

It’s “going to take some time” before the redevelopment of the old bus barns in Caswell Hill pays for itself, says the director of Saskatoon Land.
Frank Long recommends that city council approve selling off the bus barn land in stages, but warns that selling the land won’t cover necessary city maintenance work in the area.
Long wants city council to put a package of land north of 24th Street West on the market first, using an “open market (with criteria)” appr
