City hall could make barking dog complaints easier
Coun. Ann Iwanchuk would like Saskaton to have one set of rules for trying to silence noisy dogs, regardless of the time of day.
At Monday’s city council meeting, Iwanchuk said she will try to get support for a study on streamlining the complaint process for barking or howling pets.
