Chef James McFarland wins Gold Medal Plates Saskatoon

Chef James McFarland from the University of Saskatchewan is the winner of this year’s Gold Medal Plates Saskatoon.
Chef Jenni Schrenk from Chef Jenni Cuisine took the silver medal and Chef Darren Craddock, from the Delta Bessborough by Marriott, the bronze. The other chefs competing were Christopher Hill from Taste Restaurant Group, Heather Bekar-Schulte from Chef de Partie Catering, Anthony McCarthy from the Saskatoon Club and Greg Doucette from the Rook & Raven pub.
