Charges Laid - Bear Spray - 21st Street West and Avenue U South

A Saskatoon man was arrested in relation to a bear spray incident early Monday morning.On August 26, 2024 at approximately 1:20 a.m. police observed a group of people moving in suspicious manner in the area of 21st Street West and Avenue U South.The Air Support Unit (ASU) began monitoring the altercation from above and observed a male deploying bear spray. Ground units then attended to the scene and located the suspect; however, he fled on foot. At this time the Canine Unit was deployed and was
