A man has been arrested after police responded to a report of animal abuse against a dog Friday evening.On June 12, 2026 at approximately 7:25p.m., police were called to an apartment building in the 400 block of Maningas Bend for a report of an unknown problem. Dispatch information outlined that a male was assaulting his dog.Officers arrived on scene and through their investigation, officers arrested a 53-year-old man.
