Change in weather aids firefighting efforts

Duane McKay had some good news to report in Friday’s media briefing on Saskatchewan wildfires.
“We’ve got quite a bit different situation than we’ve seen in the past,” said McKay, the commissioner of emergency management and fire safety. “With the change in weather we’ve seen significant progress on the fire and the impact on communities.”
