A 22 year old man was taken to hospital last night, after threatening to harm himself.At approximately 8:00 p.m., August 13, 2019 Patrol officers were dispatched to a home in the 400 block of Avenue C South for a report of a disturbance. This was the second time in the evening officers had been called to this residence for a disturbance.
