A 29 year old man is facing charges following an incident that resulted in Police deploying a Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW) this weekend.At approximately 11:30 p.m., August 2, 2020, Police came upon a stolen vehicle at 20th Street and Avenue N that was known to be involved in a hit and run accident earlier in the day.
