A 45 year old Saskatoon man is under arrest for failing to comply with a Conditional Sentence Order, carrying a concealed weapon and five counts of assault with a weapon.At 10:49 p.m. Police were called to a house in the 400 block of 5 St E, where a male was acting strangely..
