CEW Deployment - Male Arrested - 200 Block Av G N

A 23 year old man is facing charges following an incident on April 1, 2019 in which SPS officers deployed a conducted energy weapon.At 5:41 p.m., Officers were called to a residence in the 300 block of Av D, N for two males in a backyard and attempting to enter a garage. The officers observed the males and spoke with them.  One of the males fled on foot.  The officers gave chase.  The male yelled that he had a pellet gun.  A CEW was deployed in the 100 block of
