CEW Deployment - 800 Block Saskatchewan Crescent

Shortly after 12:00 p.m., January 2, 2018, Police responded to a report of a man harming himself in the 100 block of Clarence Avenue. Prior to Police arriving, the man was observed leaving the area and walking towards the river. Police located him on the river bank near 16th Street East. He was found to be in possession of a knife and refused to drop it when commanded by Officers to do so.
