A 29-year-old man is facing charges after evading Police and resisting arrest late yesterday afternoon. At approximately 3:50 p.m., April 16, 2018, Police observed a man known to have outstanding warrants operating a vehicle northbound on Central Avenue. A traffic stop was attempted however, the driver refused to stop. His vehicle was eventually immobilized using stop sticks in a construction zone in the north end.
