Further to the previous release of the car vs pedestrian at Clarence Ave and 8th Street, the north and southbound traffic lanes of Clarence Ave between 8th street and 9th street will be closed until the Collision Analyst Unit completes their investigation.East and westbound traffic will still be able to flow normally on 8th Street.
