If you walk down 33rd Street in Saskatoon and pop into Funk’s Furniture Repairs and Antiques, you can find an unexpected piece of Canadian history — and it can be yours for $59,500. Owner Chris Kinzel told reporter Jonathan Charlton how, three years ago, he came across a silverware set formerly owned by Canada’s first prime minister, John A. Macdonald, just outside the city.
