Broadway recovering, but not resting, business leader says

DeeAnn Mercier has been the executive director of the Broadway Business Improvement District for nearly a year. A year ago, a summer-long road and water infrastructure project raised concerns due to its severe impact on area businesses. The StarPhoenix checks in with Mercier on the state of the business district.
Q: A year after concerns were raised about the effect of construction, tell us where Broadway is right now.
A: I think Broadway is coming out of another cycle and I think last year was
