Boy still struggling after being shot on camping trip last fall

A 13-year-old boy from Cumberland House Cree Nation says he may never play basketball again after he was shot in the elbow at close range during a trip organized by his band last year.
He and his family say they are upset no one is taking responsibility for the incident.
