Body found in basement after apartment structure fire

Fire crews discovered a body in the basement suite of a multi-unit complex after extinguishing a fire that broke out Monday afternoon.
According to a fire department news release, crews were called to the blaze just after 4:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a possible structure fire at the building in the 1400 block of 21st Street West.
