Blades beat the Red Deer Rebels on the road

New Saskatoon Blades acquisition Max Gerlach scored his first two goals for his new team, including the overtime winner, in a 3-2 win over the host Red Deer Rebels on Saturday.
Trailing 2-0 in the second, Gerlach got the Blades on the board. They needed a Josh Paterson game-tying goal with 1:43 left and their goalie pulled, to set up the Gerlach overtime dramatics.
