Bear Spray Incident - 200 Block 1st Avenue South

Saskatoon Police responded after bear spray was discharged inside a mall yesterday afternoon. Shortly before 5:00 p.m., January 14, 2025, Patrol officers responded to a mall in the 200 block of 1st Avenue South after reports that bear spray had been discharged in the food court following a verbal confrontation between two groups of youth.
