B&E/Assault - 800 block Ave. D N

A teen was arrested early this morning after he reportedly broke into a home.At approximately 1:00 a.m., May 8, 2023, Patrol was called to a break and enter in the 800 block of Avenue D North. The caller stated that an individual wearing a mask had broken into the home through a window and they had a knife. Upon arrival, the residents had restrained the suspect after a struggle. He was taken into custody without further incident. One of the residents suffered minor injuries from the altercation.
