B&E Unit - DNA Testing Supports Charges in Break and Enters Spanning 15 Years

The Saskatoon Police Service Break and Enter Unit has laid new charges in connection to several incidents, that date back to 15 years ago.On July 26, 2008, Police were called to the 200 block of Primrose Drive, for the report of a break and enter. Upon arrival, Police found a damaged front door, a cash register that had been pried open and a small amount of money taken. Investigators were able to collect a small amount of DNA at the scene, but this proved to be un-identifiable at the time.
