Average apartment rental rate down $150 last year: Colliers

The average cost of renting a two-bedroom apartment in Saskatoon fell by about $150 per month, to $965, last year as vacancy rates remained well above normal levels, according to a new report from Colliers International.
“It’s great news for renters,” said Duncan Mayer, a research manager in the commercial real estate company’s Saskatoon office and co-author of the 2018 multi-family market report. 
“People are able to choose the type of space that meets their n
