Attempted Street Robbery/Robbery - 100 and 800 Blocks Central Avenue

Three males, ages 16 and 17 are in custody following two incidents on December 22, 2019. At approximately 12:45 p.m. Police received a report of an attempted street robbery in the 100 block of Central Avenue.  Two men reported being approached by three unknown unknown male teens, one of whom was armed with a knife.  They demanded cigarettes before fleeing on foot.  The two men were not injured.  Approximately half an hour later three teen males entered a business in the
