Attempted Armed Robbery with a Handgun

On June 23, 2017, at 12:20 a.m., Police responded to robbery in progress at a business located at Warman Road and Assiniboine Drive. Upon arrival Police learned that a masked male suspect had pointed a black handgun at an employee, forcing his way into business through the backdoor.  There was a physical confrontation and the employee disarmed the suspect by hitting him with a metal rod.  The suspect then fled empty handed in a brown 4 door car.The employee was unharmed in the con
