Police arrested a man after he assaulted an individual and was found with a number of weapons.At approximately 6:30 a.m., August 18, 2023, Patrol officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of 1st Avenue North. Security guards reported that a man was located sleeping in the parking lot. Upon waking the male, he reportedly assaulted a guard, causing minor injuries.
