Assault with Arrest - 3rd Ave. S & 20th St. E

A woman was arrested yesterday after she reportedly assaulted another woman on a sidewalk.At approximately 8:10 a.m., November 1, 2018, Beat officers were dispatched to 3rd Avenue South and 20th Street East for a reported assault.
