Assault - Circle Drive and Vancouver Avenue North

A 26 year old man suffered what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries following an assault on December 8, 2018 on the east side of Circle Drive near the pedestrian walkway at Vancouver Avenue North.  Police initially received a report at approximately 4:30 p.m., of a man being assaulted by what the caller believed were three men armed with a bat.  The caller stated that the suspects fled the scene on bicycles, toward 22nd Street.  When police arrived they were unab
